1. Payment Policy
1.1 Subscription Payments
- All subscriptions are billed in advance
- Payments are accepted via paypal, credit card, debit card, and net banking
- Enterprise clients may request invoice-based billing with prior approval
- All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes
1.2 Billing Cycles
- Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month
- Annual subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of your subscription start date
- Payment method must be kept current to maintain service access
1.3 Failed Payments
- Failed payments will result in automatic retry attempts
- You will be notified of payment failures via email
- After 3 failed attempts, your account access may be suspended
- A reactivation fee may apply for suspended accounts
2. No Refund Policy
2.1 General Policy
- TaskMust does not provide refunds for any subscription payments
- All sales are final
- No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial use of service
- No refunds are provided for unused time if you cancel your subscription
2.2 Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
- No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period
2.3 Service Interruptions
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Service downtime
- Feature changes
- Technical issues
- Integration problems
- Third-party service provider issues
3. Payment Processing
3.1 Third-Party Payment Processors
- TaskMust uses third-party payment processors to handle all transactions
- We do not store your complete payment information
- All payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of our payment processors
- TaskMust is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or refunds related to payment processing
3.2 Payment Disputes
- All payment disputes must be raised within 5 business days of the transaction
- Disputes must be submitted in writing to support@taskmust.com
- We do not guarantee resolution of disputes with payment processors
- Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
4. Enterprise Accounts
4.1 Custom Billing
- Enterprise accounts with custom contracts are subject to the payment terms specified in their service agreement
- Custom payment terms must be agreed upon in writing
- Enterprise accounts are still subject to our no-refund policy unless explicitly stated otherwise in their contract
5. Account Upgrades and Downgrades
5.1 Plan Changes
- Upgrades will be billed immediately on a pro-rated basis
- Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds will be provided for downgrades mid-cycle
- Plan changes may affect available features and user limits
6. Taxes and Fees
6.1 Tax Responsibility
- All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- Tax rates are determined based on your billing location
- Tax charges are non-refundable
- GST and other applicable taxes will be added to invoices as required by law
7. Currency
7.1 Billing Currency
- All charges are processed in required currency
- Currency conversion fees from your bank or payment provider are your responsibility
- Exchange rate fluctuations are not grounds for refunds
